Home of the new Niagara region RCMP Detachment. The Project Team was able to convert 25,500 sq. ft. of the old Stoney Creek City Hall building while adding an additional 4,500sf into a state of the art Police Facility in under 6 months.
The existing building construction was demolished to make way for an athletic centre, locker rooms and showers, new offices, seized storage chambers, secured vehicle compound, a ally port,Ã‚Â and security cells for detainees.
The work was carefully orchestrated to ensure that the construction activities on all building levels was completed without impacting the existing community library, meeting chambers and local police services who also reside in the City Hall building.
